Update spreadsheet data

§ As long as your field structure is the same you can replace data in your mapped worksheet with new or updated data.

1. Simply copy and paste your updated data over your existing mapped worksheet.

• In this example a new column has been added with some data:

 (If you replace data within your mapped worksheet it will update automatically, otherwise if you add columns or rows outside

 your mapped worksheet you will need to do the following steps)

2. Click UPDATE LAYER EXTENTS in the SpatialXL ribbon.

3. The new or updated data will now display on your map. (or specific background layer)

• To save this, all you have to do is to save in excel and all of this will be saved.
