Installation Guide Database

1.On a SQL Server instance, you will need to create a database of whatever name you choose.  

2.All MineModeller users will need to have access to this database.  They do not need DBO access but they do need read and write access to all its tables.  

3.The database is initialised by running MineModeller on a client and under the File>Settings Menu option, entering the credentials to connect to this database as an administrator of this database, and then choosing the Create Database option.  

4.Once the database is created you can enter proper user credentials for the user and it is recommended that you use Integrated Security for this purpose.  

5.For all other machines running MineModeller, go into File > Settings and set up the database name, type and user credentials.
