View any existing map themes (colour coded map layers) that have already been created on your map
•Right click the map layer you want to theme in the Layers Description box •Click ‘Theme’ (1) •If themes have been created for this layer, they will appear here in a list. Choose the theme you want to display on the map (2) •The theme will appear on your map with a drop down menu showing the different layers and colours for that theme •Note, you are not able to make any changes to the theme settings (colours etc.) These are determined when the Spatial Reader files are created
•You are able to tick layers on and off in the theme as required •If you want to tick on or off all the layers within a theme at the same time:
•Left click the first layer in the theme, hold shift and left click the last layer in the theme (1) •Right click and click ‘uncheck all’ (2) o This will switch off all the layers within the theme. You can now tick them on one at a time. •To tick them all back on, repeat the above steps and click ‘check all’ instead (3) •All the layers within the theme will now be ticked on.
•To go back to the default colour, click the ‘Default’ theme, this is usually the first theme in the list (1) |
