In SamplingDB and SamplingXL you are able to configure any number of Metadata tables.
These tables are used as lookups for values in specified sheet/section or sample fields.
The set of metadata tables are specified in the MetaDataTables table.
Here is an example of a Metadata data table that specifies a table for Rock Types and Workplaces.
Note that the MetaDataTables table points to other tables in the Sampling database or any database on the same server.
