Introduction

Sampling is the process of taking test samples of rocks to see what the rock properties are so that we can best plan mining and exploration operations.

This is done so that Miners can decide whether it is worthwhile to continue mining in an area, or whether it is worthwhile to even start mining out an area. It can also provide managers with data on how the mineral values vary as they are mining.
