I am using a license server and it says that the server is unable to establish a trust relationship with the workstation This is usually caused by the workstation system time being too far off from the license server’s time. Make sure that your workstation time is correct.
It says unable to connect to the MineModeller database Either the network is down, the computer is not connected to the network, the database server is down, or incorrect data has been specified for the database connection.
It says Timeout when trying to retrieve server license The server license has expired. Please contact PrimeThought for a new license.
I have installed MineModeller but I do not see it available to add in the MicroStation Customize Ribbon Dialogue If you still do not see MineModeller available in the “Choose components from:” box, then you need to make sure the program path has been added to your Personal.ucf file in the following location depending on what version of MicroStation you are using (In this example it is MicroStation 2025): "C:\Users\<your user profile>\AppData\Local\Bentley\MicroStation\25.0.0\prefs\Personal.ucf" The UCF file should have the following program paths in it: “MS_ADDINPATH > C:\Users\<your user profile>\AppData\Local\Programs\PrimeThought Software Solutions\MineModeller MS_GUIDGNLIBLIST > C:\Users\<your user profile>\AppData\Local\Programs\PrimeThought Software Solutions\MineModeller/dgn/*.dgnlib” If you did an admin install (“Install for all users” option during install) then it should have the following paths instead: “MS_ADDINPATH > C:\Program Files\PrimeThought Software Solutions\MineModeller MS_GUIDGNLIBLIST > C:\Program Files\PrimeThought Software Solutions\MineModeller/dgn/*.dgnlib”
